About Boogal
Business support that starts with the paperwork and ends with a business that can grow.
Most people who start a business in South Africa do not fail because the idea was wrong. They fail because
the company was never properly registered, an annual return was missed, a certificate expired the week
before a tender closed, or nobody could produce a company profile when it was asked for.
Boogal exists for that gap.
We help entrepreneurs get registered properly, stay compliant with CIPC, SARS, the Compensation Fund and
B-BBEE requirements, and build the documents and presence that make a business look like one worth doing
business with.
How we work
We start by finding out where you actually are, rather than where a checklist assumes you are. Some
businesses need registering from scratch. Others have been trading for years and have never filed an annual
return. Both are fixable, and neither is unusual.
From there you get a clear list: what is required, what each part costs, and how long it takes. Then we do
the work, and we keep watching the deadlines afterwards so nothing lapses quietly.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and we are not accountants. Where something needs a legal opinion, an audit or a
registered tax practitioner, we say so and help you find the right person. Being clear about that is part
of the service.
