Terms of Service
The basis on which we provide our services.
**[ADMINISTRATOR: review this page with a legal advisor before going live, and fill in the details marked
in brackets.]**
Who these terms are between
These terms apply between Boogal, [registered name and registration number], and any person or business
engaging our services.
What we do
We provide business registration, compliance, mentorship and business development support. The scope of any
particular engagement is set out in the quotation you accept.
What we do not do
We do not provide legal advice, audit services, or tax advice requiring a registered tax practitioner.
Where your situation needs one of those, we will say so.
Quotations and fees
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Statutory fees payable to CIPC, SARS or another
authority are shown separately and passed on at cost — they are not our fee and we do not mark them up.
Work begins once a quotation is accepted and any required deposit is received.
Turnaround times
Where we depend on a third party — CIPC, SARS, the Compensation Fund, a bank — we cannot guarantee how long
they will take. We will tell you what is normal and keep you informed, but their timelines are not ours.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate information and the documents we ask for. We cannot file
correctly on information we were not given, and delays caused by outstanding documents are not delays we
can control.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and do not disclose it except where necessary to provide
the service or where the law requires it.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in respect of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not
liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
